WD88 is a plyacrylate with silica carrier. It's developed especially to correct levelling imperfection,such as craters. Pinhole and eye-fishes,it gives very goods flowing.

APPLICATIONS:

WD88 is applied in epoxy,hybrid,polyester,polyurethane.Acrylic powder coatings.lt can eliminate the orange peel and craters of film effectively.As a free flow powder, lt'seasily incorporated into powder coating formulation by the standard dry blended operation and homogenized with resin and other components to form a uniform system.The dosage of WD88 in formulation is about 0.5-1.5%wt,based on total coating formula.The precise amount should be try in the lab.
